Of course mate however you will not find a juicier tastier more tender chunk of steak than a Tbone particularly if cut an inch and a half thick, massaged gently with quality olive oil, salt & pepper & left to stand for a good hour before cooking over glowing red jarrah coals... As per pic 👍

Cooked rare slightly charred but certainly not burnt...
I am now as full as a fat girls socks.... waiting patiently for the rum & sultana baked apples to come out of the coals 😃
