I have had one for 6 -7 years and only recently started reusing ti. I din't realise how many pins and needles I had in my feet until I started this trip again.

It was my sister that got me back into it as she used every day religiously for 30 minutes I am more 30 minutes every 2 days. but feeling a lot better balance since I started using it again. They do say you die from your feet up look after your feet and and circulation and you wont need the walker as we grow gracefully old....

They say something similar in yoga & natural medicine about the feet — the primary gateway between the earth the rest of our body —
Sometimes we forget this! I remember using this machine a lot at one stage also! Thank you for the reminder.

Massages, reflexology 🙌 and sauna/foot spas makes one feel revived again —
Our feet contains over 200,000 nerve endings, making them one of the most sensory-rich parts of the body.

I have had Plantar Fascia and it is very painful.

My Podiatrist had two pieces of advice for me after RF treatment.

The first was do not wear leather sole shoes.

The second was keep a towel by the bed and before you get up and walk in the morning place the rolled towel behind each foot and stretch your toes back 10 times each.

Worked a treat for me and I haven't had it since.

Apparently lack of muscle mass is linked to dementia. So not only foot massage is going to make you escape the aged care home.

Interesting discussion—thanks for sharing your experience. Devices like that can definitely help with circulation for some people, but it seems like results vary depending on the person and condition.
Good to see others mentioning things like stretching, proper footwear, and massage too—those basics often make a big difference, especially for foot pain issues like plantar fasciitis.
Curious if anyone has tried it long-term and noticed consistent improvement?
