My Opinion
With me she was very warm and welcoming a few years ago around her Birthday when I met he for the second time
I'm sure she could also be as hard as an ice block if required though.
But we all have a good and bad side to us.
All round though
A Great Lady and she is attractive IMO
an opportunity to do a review would be sensational.

That’s why she makes a good boss. Rewards those who put the work in and won’t put up with disrespect and bad worth ethic. I would say firm but fair. I come from a family of business owners and can confidently say I would much rather work with MA than some of my own familyMy Opinion
