Why would you?
Unless you're having intercourse with someone your business is your business (obviously you would tell your work place if you're a WL or your partner if your relationship is sexually active).
 
May have to tell family but not friends at some stage. So no box for me to tick. Better never happened. Safe sex /kisses/some touching/etc...

What’s the common cause of catching std/sti... is it viginal sucking or natural or kissing ... .!!!!! ?

I have other problems. I get in grown pubic hair from time to time and stopped punting when it happened...didn't want to send off the false alarm and cause a panic from the WL and get black listed.
