Heard anything further about the bar that was happening on Wray Ave or whisky events the guys were hosting over there?

I haven't heard a peep for a little bit.

Looking forward to a new whisky venue to visit!

Hey bud, nothing as yet. Last I heard was they were aiming to open up in early June.

For those interested, it is called "Malt'n Gold" and they have an Insta page under that name. It gonna be filled with absolute divine liquid gold!

More than half my regular whisky drinking group are ladies, so I'd say so?

Went for dinner at Hauku tonight, and got a look in. It looks like they might be open with June which is pretty exciting! It's looking 200% more classy small bat than it was

Put it this way, this isn't really going to be a bar where you can go and pick up chicks. If you enjoy your drinks (not excessively) and want a nice relaxed atmosphere in Fremantle, this will be the place to go to.

Good place to take em though, really nice looking fit out for intimate nights out
