Everything we do in life, not just BDSM, carries a risk assessment and calculation, with that, analyze the risks of things, look to manage and mitigate the risks and choose for ourselves if the reward for taking the risk is worth it or not.

So where is 'the line'? It really depends on the people involved! Trust is a huge part of the deal.
 
I'd be guessing, with many people being cooped up for a while, there has been some dream building per se' on kinks, fetishes and fantasies. Will be interesting to know if thinks amp up a little in these areas of the sex industry.
 
What may cross a line for one person wouldn't even be close to crossing a line for another person!!
Crossing the line is when you go past someones consent line in my opinion 👏
