whats the most important a great car or a great house ?

This may split us by age and or sex
But , what is the more important to you a great car or house?

I mean at 18 you can own your own house in a nice suburb But if you're asking out the girl who you reckon you want to live with you in said house What is she going to say if you ask her on a date and you have only got your mums pink gemini to collect her in or worse still ask her to pick you up as you dont own or have access to any car what so ever ?

The home pad with a comfy bed for me. But at 18, I'd rather own a hot 2 door coupe chick magnet.

If I'd been better advised, and saved the pennies to put into a few properties, I be laughing by now.

That said, if i had a nice house at 18 and only a pink gemini to pickup the hot chick, I opt for public transport and tell her to meet me at the said destination. Being the new age sensitive gentleman that I was at 18, I'd pay for her fare.
 
Generally, a house appreciates in value whereas a car's value drops as soon as you drive it off the lot.

Who is this 18-year-old who owns his own house? A rarity surely.

Who are these 45yr olds who own their own house?
Probably would own one if he'd not fallen in love with that SLR Torana
Or in my case a canary yellow Chrysler Charger

I bought my first home age 21 well bank owned it for a few years
