Whats the differance?

In Bangla rd Phuket,you walk down the road at night,and you get swamped by all the lovely ladies.Ive had em literally hanging on to me dragging me their way,Making me feel like im a king,and i loved it.Back here in Perth ,you see a woman come walking towards you ,and 4mts from you ,she'll cross the road ,walk past you,then cross backover again,,WHY??? Surely my money here is the same as over there?
Over there at least they smile at you but here ??

Yes but is it because they are either high or drunk, In Perth they are sober and can see straight
