What is Urethral sounding and how is it done?

BDSM has gained popularity in the passing years and is now known for its pleasure mechanism and the way some trained individuals have learned it.
to be very precise the pleasure of taking pain might turn really painful when done without proper knowledge or if the individual performing the same is not knowledgeable about the same.

Coming back to Urethral Sounding - This practice involves inserting a glass or metal object or fluid into the urethra. The aim is to enhance sexual pleasure by encouraging your partner to explore your penis in several ways.

Originally, the practice of urethral sounding began as a medical procedure to help clear obstructions in the urethra or to help dilate, or expand, the urethra after a stricture. However, people began to practice this act for sexual gratification, using fluid or a glass or metal object.

Although some people may derive pleasure from urethral sounding, it can result in sexual health complications and severe damage to the urethra. As it is highly likely that people will require medical attention for subsequent issues, many urologists strongly recommend avoiding this sexual act.

A person may experience the following benefits from attempting urethral sounding:

  • exploration of their body and different sensations
  • a different sexual experience
  • stronger and longer orgasms
  • deeper intimacy and trust with a partner

Is Urethral Sounding Safe?

Men who are interested in urethral sounding for sexual gratification should first understand the issues around it. Introducing objects into this sensitive passageway poses a health risk. They should purchase the items they use from reputable businesses only and embrace proper cleaning practices of those foreign bodies. They also should use lubrications specially designed for sensitive areas.

One of the benefits is "deeper intimacy and trust with your partner." You'd wanna trust them a lot to start with! ...And maybe hope they happen to be a doctor too.

It feels really interesting. I’ve only done it to myself, with a set of curved sounds. Filling the urethra is intense, and the sound feels cold and heavy. Moving up through sizes can be painful, sometimes it just won’t work so you have to find an in-between size and just wait. I don’t like going all the way down, it feels too dangerous.

I'm interested in getting my penis head pierced so I wanted to check out sounding first (because I'm always cautious and sensible) so I bought my vibrating urethral sounding stuff (shown in picture with my clock).
BUT I have never done this before or had it done in me. Are there any idiotic mistakes to ignore, other than extreme hygiene? Do any people at Langtrees provide assistance with this? Thankyou.

I love sounding and I've enjoyed it for years. You have to be careful and don't do anything that can hurt or put the person at risk. It should be enjoyable and leave people begging and wanting more.
As inserter or insertee? I like it because it enables hardening, as I probably shouldn't take Viagra with my blood pressure issues, but I can feel it when I urinate for the next day. The other problem is that it doesn't work if I get a normal apadravya piercing. However, everything has risks, even breathing, it's just a balance between risks and returns.

I’ve tried, it was surprisingly erotic and pleasurable. But definitely wouldn’t do it at an AMP - hygiene and experienced partner are essential.
