What is this crazy Locanto ad all about?

I saw this on Locanto and realise it's likely some sort of scam or just super dodgy. What I'm trying to figure out however is what are they trying to achieve? If I message them what typically will happen? Basically I'm curious but my brain is telling me it's too good to be true.

I think some of these ads are actually gay men and they just want to be... Well you know.

Or could be a very overweight woman.

Or yeah could be a scam. I personally wouldn't bother.
