Today Naomi at work told me about this Kava drink (her chosen weekend poison as she does not drink alcohol!!)...
She said it relaxes her & helps her sleep like a baby!
It surprizingly has quite a few good qualities.... but how to get some????

Have you ever been to Fiji and seen the ladies making it?
They actually chew the root and then spit it into a bowl The spit activates the enzymes or whatever
People wont share a toothbrush but will drink this?
 
hmmm....I think I changed my mind just now rotflmao....I think I'll stick to damiana tea!
 
I am sure Tania D there would be mass produced factory made kava or a more palatable version for the new age super foods market
