Hi all
I went for a massage for the first time ever. Ended it with a protected BJ.

Went home with a lot of anxiety
Did I expose to STIs ?

I just want to get rid of this anxious situation.

There was no oral, vagianl or anal unprotected sex

Some guys on here get around alot and haven't got any disease as far as I know. You can go to a sexual health clinic to get tested if you feel uncomfortable discussing it with a GP. It's just a piss test and blood test so don't wee right before you go there. Doctor didn't recommend a throat swab even though I went there after licking a vulva. My GP said if you wear a condom you're very well protected.

Hope that put's your mind atleast somewhat at ease. I used too crack out the anti bacterial soap and everything after a handjob but now I don't even have a shower after a handjob until the next day. If you get genital herpes you usually get a breakout within 2-14 days according to google A.I.

Sexual health clinic recommends a check every 3 months unless you have symptoms. If you have symptoms obviously you'll do a check straight away. Rubbers and gloves can rip the skin on your dick which is nothing to worry about but it takes like 2 weeks to heal so you can't see the tears.

I think I’m pretty safe on this. Nothing much happened other than the protected BJ. The whole sexual thing lasted for like 10mins and it was just proper massage the whole time. Felt like she was very careful as well.

Yeah I forgot to mention, the guys on here that get around but haven't got any disease use a condom as far as I know. If a chick advertises natural I avoid.
 
Unlikely to have issues.

Most STIs are easily treatable, so your personal health can be managed ... I'm thinking that the bulk of anxiety issues rest with punters who have a conjugal partner at home ... or elsewhere 😉
