Green tea! Heaps and heaps of green tea! You can add lemon to it if you hate the taste but I swear you will drop the weight so much easier and faster. If you leave the tea to infuse for 20+ minutes the antioxidants in it somehow increase or something. I cant remember but it does something really good to it haha!
