No, it's not.

If a person in Australia sets their VPN to the USA then every site will think they are located in the USA and the geo-restriction would fail.

Also, you're not going to be very successful on a cam site if you don't show your face. Unless you target the fetish market.

Have you thought of the hardware and software needed?

Need fast internet thats reliable. People expect 720p quality. Less quality and people will not watch. Need a computer, webcam, microphone, virus protection/hacker proof and programs. Need new email and with that whole new accounts like twitter insta to keep it seperate. Need a clean room to set up in. Preferably not your bedroom, a seperate camming room. If must use bedroom then remove anything that is identifiable to you.

Any tattoos, scars, stretch marks, moles, birth marks etc need to keep covered up if you dont want to be recognised. Could try those masquerade ball masks or similar to cam with. Will be hassled to show your face though.

It will take time to build up a following, if you can build one up at all.

I'm pretty good with the software and technology side of things. I use my laptop alot for work & study so it has mostly everything that I need. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to social media and advertising, if i do decide to do this I would need to put some work into this area. I do have a large tattoo on my side which might be tricky to cover, however if I set my VPN to a different country this probably won't be an issue. I've got alot to consider and think about.
