Which photo or photos are real? There are multiple similar looking girls on that ad right now and some of them come back with reverse image search hits.

Edit:
I just messaged them and they sent back 3 photos from the ad, all of different girls and claimed they were the same person. 2 got overseas Google Lens hits. I think khoward got lucky.
