Wagaman | Shine Rose is it closed?

I drove past Shine Rose massage in Wagaman yesterday and there's no signs and no lights on.
Looks like they've closed up

The widows are now covered and there's a flashing "OPEN" sign near the door. Re-opening perhaps?

Hard to tell at present. All the massage signs are gone. Just the flashing open sign...

Looks like the place is open but now under the name "OHO Heath massage"
