Have to admit have been missing full televised rugby since moving to WA. I see the Highlanders are here for the weekend. Mmmmm... Maori boys in tight shorts. God I miss NZ and can't make the game either. My night to work so I will be checking the floor often to see if there are some Maori boys with thighs to mmmmmm... Makes me want to return to the floor.
Anyway The Lions are coming in just a couple of weeks. We will be making sure we have extra staff on for that whole week. We know the Pommies love Langtrees and we love it when they are here. Just becomes a big party every night.:love10:
 
We had our first guests today that have arrived for the tour, three gents from the Eastern States.They found us on Langtrees.com we are now number one or two position on GOOGLE for Perth Escorts.
 
Well for those of yous that haven't met me. I am the skinny chick on reception at Langtrees dayshift.
All my life I have been that skinny chick, people accuse me of being anorexic, bulimic and the skinny jokes go on and on.
As my father use to say "You can never fatten a thoroughbred"
Anyway I am proud that I maintain a healthy body and do not carry extra weight. However I have noticed lately that the firmness has gone.
So I have committed to MaryAnne's fitness programme Speedfit and am excited about the changes that are imminent. My progress will be measured by gaining numbers.
I am training twice a week and my numbers are as follows

Upper arm = 23cm
Bust = 83cm
Calf = 29cm
Thigh = 43cm
Hips = 88cm
waist = 70cm

I am also on the Speedfit Program Maryanne has introduced to us at Langtrees.

I have just done my 3rd session & whether it has made me thinner
(I haven't measure myself like you have VIV) I don't know
but I know for sure is it has made me feel invigorated and energised!
These are definately positive outcomes from this exercise class...​

Bust = Roundabout 33 Inches
Calf = 12 inch APX
Thigh = 17 dito
Hips = 35 inches another important vital statistic as it harbours some very good stuff
waist = 27 inch yer adds to the package

I am most sceptical people of all...., because i always thought I AM FIT! I was in pain for 3 days after my first session with SPEEDFIT. Straight away notice difference on my abs, this machine definitely working!!!! I am booking my second session again, and planning to keep going!
 
You should take a before and after picture, measurements may be a little misleading if you are already trim unless you are measuring muscle gain.
 
My second session is coming up next week..............guess I will be a bit better prepared as I know now what to expect. My lower back is looking forward to some electical stimmulation (rrrrrrrrrrrrrrr).
Was wondering.........anybody interested to get a Thursday afternoon session going?

I just completed my 4th session on Friday morning and I feel fantastic. I have started to notice some changes too like, I am sitting more upright where I use to slouch before.

I’m waking with a straighter posture. A couple of times this week, I felt like I was putting my nose up while I was walking, so I silently cussed out myself for it..lol .. Than realized it was my posture when I caught myself doing it again.

I've always being a bit lazy to hold my stomach in, but I've notice I am doing it without any effort. Abs of steal any day now..

I have a lot of problems with sleeping because it takes me ages to switch off, but I am happy to say I am sleeping like a baby. I fall asleep within 15mins than I wake up wondering how did I fell asleep. I feel rested sleeping fewer hours than I have in the past.

More energy … A lot more energy..!!

I,ve had my 6th session and felt it in my arms. The new lady trainer was tougher on my arms so some light aches and pains.Lost 4 kilo since ai started and looking forward to losing another 10 kilo. I am sleeping better also and waking more refreshed.

You know it works when you feel the burn next day. Last Wednesday I ampted it up. Probably just a tad too much.
I had to return to NZ at very short notice so was on a plane that night. Was feeling good and arrived in NZ thurs lunchtime. Still feeling a million bucks body wise.
That night it hit me like a hammer. I made the mistake of sitting on the floor cross legged to play with my grandchildren and could not get up unaided.
So here I was telling everyone about my new found fitness and I couldn't get up off the floor. Caused a few laughs. Gluts owwww... tight ass
