HCMC is big and spread out. You need to know where to go for a westerner. A reliable one is Linh Cherry soapie its 600k Dong for the room and 2M Dong for FS with BJ. That gives you an idea of prices.

You should expect to pay around VND1m - 1.5m for 1 hour FS independent as they will come to your hotel. If you go to hotel or other massage parlour you will need to pay standard room/massage fee on top. Shouldn’t pay anymore then VND2m (about $AUD110).

Yep and a lot of massage parlours are rip offs and with the Viet crackdown FS is often off the table . The pricing structure for locals is totally different and you need a local contact to even get in to most of the local places (they are pretty shonky so advise you don't unless you have a trusted contact). There is a really good hotel not far from the airport that has an FS spa -great place to stop in when you arrive .. Da Nang is also brilliant for in-hotel spas and great nuru -way cheaper then HCMC for accom and service.
 
I was quoted 800k or 1million for massage that included bj. Took the 800 down to.600 and the 1mil to 800k.
Depending on the service I followed through with extra as a tip.
Cost all depends on exchange rate. Last month was $1 = 17 000 so 100 bucks = 1.7 million.
