After having a quick squizz at other posts on that site it appears that all the ads are quite old. Quite interesting actually as there are ads there from ladies who are longer working plus some that are still active! Could be a repost of ads from Locanto by the looks of it.

Even though the lady is no longer working.

Tried this lady before and I don't recommend. I found the whole experience rather offputting, and her to be grumpy/mechanical. Maybe I didn't vibe with her, but there were a few things that really put me off.

There was a crazy obsession with wet wipes and the like, as if I was getting disinfected or something. It was really odd.

I would avoid this one hey.
