None of them GIVE you an instant erection - you have to be in the mood and physically stimulated - just like "real" sex!!!! They just provide assistance with blood flow, not a fricking magic wand!

Have you seen how crowded morning rush hour trains are? Combined with my one track mind, it wouldn't take much. :)

It was a lot worse in Tokyo where you are so tightly packed in that you can find out the religion of the person next to you whether you want to or not.
 
I take a 1/8 of the blue pill for a 4-6 hrs romp.. if I take more than that I end up with a massive headache and boner that wont settle down.... at 57 my doctor was quite funny because he asked me how was my g/f in the sitting room and he suggested I may need the extra.. I had a good laugh and she had a good time...
