ALTHOUGH buying these balls got me In a hell lot of trouble in Canberra .I must admit they work wonders .y'all should have a go . ..makes ur down stairs super tight as well as working ur core muscles ..The often you do it the better the results.

METHOD. INSERT THE SMALLEST BALL FIRST, AND WORK UR WAY UP A LEVEL AS Ur STRENGTH progresses

Why did buying them get you into trouble, in Canberra of all places?
 
Lol its a long story ..i tried to returned the item in order to get a different colour. .and the manager said no..we argued and I got pisst off and request ed a full refund. .and since they are toys I can't get my money back ..so we got a tiny bit physical and 4 cops arrested me for like 6 hours ...then I got released ..no charges..as my records are cleaned ..but I had to write a formal apology letter to the manager. Which I did. .yah that was my trip to canberra. .
 
Haha got that right
..i don't know. . they were expensive so maybe she made a good days sale and dint want to give the money back ..

Only a girl would want to change the color of these things . the senior sergeant at the police lock up must have been the dad of late teen early twenty's daughters .

I have these only mine are metal, they're hell heavy. First time I put them in I was giggling, Russ looked at me like I was cuckcoo
 
I have something smaller and less scary you can all practise with instead. No jostling now, ladies, one at a time...
