Using other's personal photographs for escort profile

So what gives someone the right to use other people's personal photographs then use them for there own advertising there escort services online
For a starter its copyright infringement and digital theft

How does that other person feel know now someone has use there photos for that

Unfortunately Shaylee one of my female friends photos where use by a girl from the langtrees establishment and on other websites and she was in total shock
 
Yes this happened not that long ago, we had even verified the girls profile, mind you she was very similar. The point is it happens when it doesn't need to, you can buy legal photos for $2-$5 and mark them look-a-like and they will create the same interest if the words are well written. Some ladies like in a town like Mandurah need more privacy. I have noticed far more genuine photos over the last few years, and think selfies are more trusted, even though they don't have the full glamour it makes the person more real.

Unfortunately it was her brother who recognized the photos and she copped a lot of questions etc wasn't a pleasant situation for her at the time
Her photos are still being used by this girl on other escort sites even after reporting to the escort website provider
 
I hadn't considered that we may have placed them for her, so she has no access to delete. Can you send me the sites concerned and I'll see they are removed.
