If the Judge can say its impossible to believe she looked 18 I think, just maybe, a experienced madam should have had an inkling
And the old if in doubt If she could not prove she was 18 there is no way she should have been allowed to set foot in the door again let alone work
In this case I hope the punter was charged too

As an adult client I think you're going to have a pretty good idea that the girl is under age so they should have been responsible and turned her down and as H2 said, an experienced madam should have picked up on it too, sounds like the money was too great a temptation.

I thought this sort of prostitution only happened in dodgy overseas brothels but it seems I was wrong.
This is a sorry reflection on everyone involved and will serve only to provide the wowser lobby with more ammunition to use against the industry as a whole. The only consolation is that the Madam concerned will probably cop all kinds of hell from the inmates of whatever prison she finishes up in and I hope her stay will be a long and unhappy one.
As to the punter(s) I hope their dicks drop off.

And to make things worse The Tasmania case would mean the girl was at least a cousin if she was born in Tas
