Personally, it is illegal in the state I provide in, so it's a no-brainer for me, but what do you think?

I think in a transactional or professional setting sex should never be unprotected. It is important to sell/buy a ‘safe product’ which means all sexual interactions should be protected

I think the sensation of unprotected is always going to be better but obviously the is a risk for both parties and it's better to be safe than sorry!
