Thrush after seeing sex worker!

When I see a sex worker even for handjob I usually get thrush (itchy inner thighs). Is there treatment other than hydrozole that works? Maybe a soap or something somebody has found works? Thrush is from sex worker's having too many showers, it's not me.

This makes zero sense . Thrush is a candida overgrowth and you really can’t get it from a hand job from a sex worker . You need to buy a thrush treatment and avoid using creams, lubes and soaps that may irritate . Opt for a soap free cleanser and go to your local chemist and ask for a thrush treatment like canistan

Syphilis usually not itchy according to A.I. search. I've had a blood and urine test recently that showed no Syphilis. Thanks for the input though.
 
If you catch any STD from a handjob or massage you must be the biggest cabbage ever... where are you getting it? Are the towels clean or is some cheap industrial oil being used for the massage? ...
 
even if you get a handy... make sure tehy are not using dodgy towels on your cock. it would be such a shame to catch something while only going for handys

one place i think of is sukho where they use some odd towel to clean up after. never once did i let it touch my member. opt for tissues lol

A pharmacist can dispense over the counter single tablet diflucan tablets for thrush to use with the cream.

Stripping your diet of sugar and swapping soap for a QV skin cleanser in the shower can help get rid of thrush faster.

Maybe it's time to get a kit together, microfibre towel in carrying case, shower thongs, travel sized bottle of your own oil & QV wash for shower!

Perhaps have a chat with the private worker or the brothel/AMP and let them know that its nice to have a clean vjj but too much washing with soap can strip away natural oils and lead to thrush. Towels and linen need a hot wash and to go through a hot dryer or line dried in hot sun & never put away slightly damp to kill off the nasty thrush bugs.

Almost guaranteed to be an allergic reaction or a persistent skin issue that is not related to the WL you are seeing.

Experiment with bringing a hypoallergenic lube and bring your own towel next time and see if that clears it up. You can always bring your own gear to a session if you have sensitive skin.

It's also possible that whatever treatment you are using -especially antibiotic and anti fungal ointments- are messing with your skin microbiome. If you kill the bacteria on your skin it can lead to an overpopulation of natural fungi on your skin and vice versa as they compete with each other and keep each other in balance.

Try bumping up your probiotics. Make sure you use a well regulated and independently tested brand like Jarrow labs.

"have you had an STI check" Yes like a month ago. Blood and urine test. I put some hydrozole in my groin area yesterday which is anti fungal with mild steroid and the itching has stopped after I had a shower today.
