Oh, Genie of the Lamp……

Just interested in a little debate among providers and clients. As a regular visitor, I hope it’s felt constructive if I say with a free hand I’d make three tweaks to take the LT experience to even higher levels. I wonder what others would suggest, other than the usual “prices” stuff. Here’s my two cents;
1. Private Room. Sometimes socialising is good. But more often than not many clients have a preferred provider in mind before they ever set foot in the building. Being able to present discretely at reception, confirm you’re here to see Miss X, then wait in a private room, would be great (and this is standard over East). I also might want a private conversation about session content out of earshot of other providers and clients. Given all the space at LT Burswood, surely it’s possible?
2. Beef up the BDSM provision. There is huge unmet demand for high quality BDSM and Kink services in Perth, and as much as I love the place, Perth is a decade or more behind what’s on offer over East. I think a market leader like LT should be investing in this area, bringing in top Domme talent, expanding the Dungeon spaces, and advertising this as a front-and-centre service. No? (And apologies to those providers already flying the flag here).
3. Frequent Flyer points. I know we aren’t buying coffee, but would the occasional Establishment-offered reward for regular clients (other than those given more discretely by individual providers in the room) be too much? Perhaps your 10th session could be half price (or in my case more likely twice as long). Some blokes might even see it as a goal to achieve…..

Number 1 & 2, good points. Number 1 👌🏼
Number 2, there are girls providing this service in LT if asked but yes agree.

Can’t say number three is a good idea personally. Getting rewards/points for a consumable product/seat on a plane is different to receiving a discount for an intimate service provided by a human being/beings. To me it degrades the service, staff and establishment imho.

Perhaps you’re right, certainly it’s not my intention to demean anything. I just think a little grease for the wheel sometimes keeps the machine going. A provider at a large establishment in NSW once told me 50 core customers kept the place viable. I imagine it’s the same the world over. Giving out the occasional thank you is no bad thing, but maybe I’m wrong.

I can help with number 2
I was a fairly involved with the bdsm/kink seen in Perth until I moved 6 hours away from the city about 2 years ago.
There are some pro dommes floating around Perth however a fair few of them don't have the training or control to work in a professional venue.
And they tend to only advertise through word of mouth or performing at bdsm events.
I agree that there should be more professional Dommes in Perth to provide for clients who enjoy the spicier things in life.

My perspective as a professional submissive is that it is difficult to work as a bdsm/kink specialist in Perth. Due to the kink scene in Perth being way behind, people seem to not understand the skill and education that goes into providing bdsm as a professional as well as the legal and safe guarding requirements.
And because they don't understand or appreciate this they tend to expect bdsm services at the same or similar price to standard service.
As far as I know I was the only pro sub working in WA at the time and my base fee was $1,500 for an hour booking basic package bdsm services and required a few pre booking catch ups for negotiations and scene planning.
Most of the people that contacted me were simply time wasters or didn't understand why there's a process or why there's safeguarding or boundaries put in place.
The pro Dommes I've worked with have said they have the same issues

The process, fees, legal restrictions and lack of education is why pro bdsm providers struggle in Perth.

I offered top/bottom training packages as well. I didn't receive as much interest in the training as I did with the pro sub services but I had a much higher turnover for the training.

And honestly there isn't enough clients calling and asking for it to make having a pro Dommes on sight often feasible for most venues.

Great Reply. I think we should talk more in person. X

As a user that sees a few ladies regularly, I don't agree with number 3 entirely. However, having a regular lady give a "chargeable extra" occasionally for a kind of thank you is great to be on the receiving end.
A few Fridays ago, I was seeing a regular private. (Normally in an hour I get away twice, she often came during my second time as well). I'd had a big week at work, and the second didn't happen for either of us.
She asked me to come around the next morning (early) to finish. No charge.

A keeper. Well done.

Sorry, I haven't seen your post earlier. Some great points were raised.
! st we can provide a private space. We have many clients who make an appointment, come through the back door, and are taken to a private room down the back, and the ladies come to meet them. You do have to phone to organize this service.

Thirdly, I have considered this many times over the years and tried a couple of times to implement it, but it is very difficult to record and maintain privacy issues. This year my mission is to reward the au.langtrees.com members by giving them a pair of slappas, the most comfortable footwear in the world.
I gave some to my solicitor recently and a few weeks later at a zoom meeting he showed me he is wearing to work every day.
