90 minutes is a long time and quite the challenge - it will take some discipline, im going to have to fight the urge to fuck and just concentrate.

i have had to specify that Im allowed to break for max 30 seconds when i need to (or when he needs me to) thats enough time to change positions, sip champagne etc.
