Hi Ladies,
Soooo I'm just interested to know if there is a hierarchy with Working Ladies??? Does the lady that's been there the longest rule the roost??
 
what do mean when you say "rule the roost"?
No, no pecking order..........just an exchange of information. As I have been at LT now for quite a while I am happy to share the do's and don't's with the new girls. No pecking order just a "hi I am Rochelle, welcome to LT. If you girls have any question let me know. I can help you out." and that's pretty much it. We are after all a team ;)

it is always handy to have a mentor that the girls feel comfortable talking too
 
I find what Rochelle said a little strange "We are a team" All sounds very civilised
I'm sure when its been a dead night and a punter walks in Teamwork would go out the window and survival of the fittest type scenario would win out

You might be surprised how genuine our girls are
As all humans do they can have their moments
but 98% of the time its a pleasant environment

maybe I mistook things and was thinking of Hustle
I hate going into LT's and getting hustled
It has been rare though I grant you
 
It matters Not Linda As I said a very rare occurrence and I turned my back and talked to another lady
Never, has it been the staff
 
I'm not sure, actually I think you have to have Alpha personalities to be in this industry. No one rules us we just need to follow the rules. Each to their own as long as they aren't judgemental or narcassists. Rule the roost LOL are we living in the 50's
 
My beliefs + experiences + observations has taught me that the only people that think of such a matter are the ones who are most at the effect of it.

People look and act like fools and usually hurt others to maintain a place on the hierarchy.


Then there are those that just be who they are and do as they do the best they can without giving a flying ..... about the good opinions of others.

They tend to be the powerful ones

There is always the odd one out but generally spoken we do have a good "team" and I say team on purpose as we really do support each other even when it comes to quiet times. As I said there is always the odd one out who tries to do her own thing but generally we do look after each other.
so nothing to do with all women environment. guys are as bad.......I have seen/heard it....no difference there.

While I feel sorry for you, you should really reduce your visit to the pleasure zone. Uncle Amex will treat you kindly. I been on the WTF & FO books too often.
 
Yes and no. I have only ever came across this with ONE working lady. Yes there is more experienced working girls, but in my experience I think all of us girls are on the same team. When I first started in the industry, I was this shy little lady who had very little experience in sex. With the help of experienced working ladies I became more confident and knew the rights and wrongs. Even now I still approach ladies with questions and they have always helped me. I love LT ladies.... Cant say the same for other places ive worked however.
 
Well I did see how quickly the ladys here turned on Naughty the bunnings girl slagging her looks etc to know theres definitely some mean girls out there.
there was no sisterhood love although I did see the teamwork against her

Works for new receptionists too! Rochelle you were the first lady I spoke to when I first started and you were so welcoming and friendly, I'll never forget how your smile lit up my evening :D

This is a really interesting question.
I'm a working girl and have been employed in other female dominant roles such as sales. I think all groups of women will obviously or discreetly form an equivalent of a pecking order or hierarchy and this formation can make either a negative or positive reflection of the environment they bonded in. i dont think its a bad thing for women to bond in this way but i think groups of women who use their influence as social support as opposed to personal gain are more effective! As for ruling the roost, females are communally concerned with safety and security whereas as i find a dominant groups of men to be much much more concerned with property.
