I have always thought of myself as a submissive, ever eager to get on my knees and be controlled. Bent over and have my hair pulled, however after a wild afternoon with a Dom; where he pulled no stops with the whip, cane and paddle (there was no sitting for a few days lol) I discovered a new side to myself the Dom side, the side that likes to be the boss the one leading and saying when, the side who controls the whip. It was the first time I ever heard there term 'A switch' has anyone ever had experience as a switch? The BDSM world is defiantly full of pleasant surprises and interesting exploits.

Many of us are quite comfortable in both roles. In an exclusive Dom and Sub relationship, though it seems opposite, the sub actually wields the most power. There are a lot of articles about this on Google and there are some interesting takes on this on the Forum, though some of these threads were closed years ago and quite possibly have not been re-opened from what I can see.
