The Ideal strip club
What do YOU think would make a perfect strip club?
My view:
PODIUMS: at least 2 podiums being used when its busy - variety of girls to look at. Maybe even 3 podiums if the club is packed, with a variety of girls at one time. (not ALL petite blondes etc) Podium times should also be staggered, so that they arent ever empty, and that all the girls arent changing at once.
PRIVATES: MORE lapdance booths/bigger area. I hate queuing for a dance, and Im sure guys do too! NO TIMERS. Its so unsexy to have a timer go beep. Count the songs or wear a watch.
VIP ROOM: Should have a VIP area, so if youre interested you can book it and have a girl/s dance for you on the podium, as well as its own lapdance area. The girls should also be able to skip/swap their podiums if you take them to VIP. (that way they are YOURS for the time, rather than leaving a dance early to get to podium on time)
ROSTER: I like a split-shift sort of roster, with flexible start/finish times, so the girls can start later or finish earlier, rather than working 8-5. The girls are fresher, plus more girls will be in circulation, since I know may girls with kids/other jobs who couldnt work the full open-close shifts. Also there are more girls when its busy (10-2) and less when its quieter.
GIRLS: A variety of girls, for most tastes, and a good rotation for the podiums. More two girl shows. There should also be shower facilities, plus snacks etc provided for the girls. Free pole classes for the girls (especially for total newbies). There should be a "House Mum" to give girls makeup/costume/hair advice. Some girls have no idea when they start out.
MONEY: Every dollar a gentleman gives a dancer should be hers. The club gets an entry fee and drinks from the patrons, and stage fee from the girls. I prefer to pay a flat stage fee ($40 at most Melbourne clubs Ive worked at) and then 100% of the money I earn is my own. And at the place I will be returning too its free weeknights, (which means girls will actually work week nights) and $40 on Fri/Sat flat rate.
As an independent contractor I prefer to pay the club up front, then I can do what I like with dances after that (ie I usually go an extra song for regulars, or do discount if the gentleman wants half an hour or longer, or if they are a couple/group etc.) It means that you can really take care of your good custies.
EVENTS: Themed night once a week, with the girls wearing costumes etc. Also I like the "two for one" dance promotions which some clubs run. Oh and Ive seen raffle tickets being sold, to win drinks/ free dances/ etc.
STAFF: More waitresses checking guys drinks ( I know how hard it is when youre so busy watching a hot girl and suddenly run out of liquor!

Better (and MORE) security, with trouble makers warned once, then asked to leave.
