Thank you to w/l's everywhere. I know that the money can be good but I still look at you all as an important part of our society that sometimes make sacrifices. Like nurses and educators I feel that you are too often under appreciated.

Thank you for putting up with the idiots and the dregs and helping to keep them away from ladies less able to handle them.

To clarify I have spent the last few weeks heavily researching the industry, finding out all I have been missing. I have read accounts from dozens of punters and w/l's and my eyes have been opened. This world is not what I'd been led to believe. I don't have first hand experience but even this forum has made me feel better about myself.
 
Even if this thread is only a day old I'm surprised in seeing no word of thx from the W/Ls in return so far.

It would be good to have this up as a general thanks & appreciation thread at least for quite some time.

Many of us; including myself wrote sincere reviews, yet very rarely, if at all - get replies back from them in return.

Instead, I've certainly kept a little document on every words of encouragement spoken to me. To recollect and pick myself up wherever I go. All the supposedly "normal" group (outside of this industry) could never realise how humanely vital this industry is to provide, as well as to sustain - a progressive understanding & acceptance of, and for intimacy itself.

You are quite right, the industry is not at all what most people have been led to believe. I love my job!
