i have worked in the retail business for many many years and NONONO they are not always right

But on the other hand i will go above and beyond to try and re-solve or fix what ever issue arises
because the customer is how the business survives
 
Yes Linda Like the other old adage in business
The customer may not always be right
But the customer is always the customer
 
That would be one perfect customer, so the customer does not need any help. Hence, the perfect customer can F off.
