I have been dealing with the tenant from hell....
Has anyone had really bad experiences ................
How did you handle it......................
I feel so over whelmed and used and just pissed off......

i leave all that problem up to my real estate prop manager.costs a few dollars per week but its worth it .they handle anything that comes up.they know the rules better than i do.sso far in 20 yrs never had any probss bar1 who fell behind in rent.but they were quickly told to smarten themselves up or out they were going

Tenants from hell what a nightmare. I know it sounds complicated but the Residential Tenancy Act 1987 might be your best friend as it can provide a number of options to you.

The Magistrates Court has exclusive jurisdiction to hear residential tenancy disputes. The Magistrates Court is a relatively low cost, informal court. Tenants and owners represent themselves.

Did you want the lease between you and the tenant brought to an end? If so there are some simple measures you can put in place and certain forms you can serve on the tenant if they are in breach of their lease. The ultimate goal here is eviction

Its difficult to say what you can exactly do without knowing the problems the tenant is causing you and what they are doing that is really pissing you off but from the sounds of it this tenant is one that you want out of your life.
