The vast majority of the people on telegram are scammers and drug dealers. There are some legit WL’s on there but there’s not much in the way of quality. Most are rough as guts and asking for a lot more than they’re worth.

I think I'm in most of the Perth telegram groups (for research purposes mostly really I am) and I can tell you that while 99% of the posts and profiles are spam bots and scammers there's enough real people in some of the better groups to make it worthwhile checking out if you're interested or bored enough to scroll past the same adds and posts 100 times before you get maybe the occasional real person worth checking out.
Good luck trying to meet girls for good old fashioned nsa hook ups, I have once or twice so if your text game is strong and you know how to rizz shoot your shot what's the worst that can happen lol... PNP propositions are more likely to be expected though. There's a decent amount of amateur girls dabbling in selling online content without going all in with an Only Fans account.
Genuine local working girls are probably the rarest of all but they are there and if you know how to spot the difference between spam and real posts you will be able to pick them out pretty easily.

I tried but my impression was it was all scammers. Girls were pretty and offering 1h FS for $100-$150. I thought one might have been legit but never got to testing the theory.
I actually tried to have another look a month ago and most of the channels I was looking on had disappeared.....

Telegram is not user freely and I thought mostly used by anti vaxx, freedom fighters and now drug dealers

I think if they are private groups, which most seem to be now, you need to send invites to the group to others. I deleted telegram again yesterday after discussing hookups with ~10 "women" who all wanted deposits. Only found 1 that didn't, but that was odd as well. Felt like I would get jumped when I got there so backed away from that as well. Happy to PM if anyone wants to take a shot at her.

I messaged a few and discovered the scammer ads on TG tend to quote Ellenbrook as their default base when you ask for their location. Never give your location away first. They'll simply say I'm in the same area.
As soon as they quote their price as $150/hr and/or Ellenbrook as their location, I block them. Apology to any genuine sex workers operating out of Ellenbrook.
The aggressive demand for deposit payment is another sign you're dealing with a scammer.
Final test is when I ask them to send me a recorded message. Nearly all scammers will go quiet. Some have recently tried using AI to fool me but its clear as day and I call them out.

Yes I'd stay away from using telegram and zangi as if they don't use a Australian mobile phone number as their contact. Then they are a scammer in another country as they don't have a Australian mobile phone number because they aren't in Australia as they are only scammers. That's my advice for telegram and zangi as they choose to use because of their scams. As I have been burnt by many scammers who say that they are in Australia. But they are not.
