usually during tooth whitening ....all colored vegetables and drink are prohibited ...because the gel makes the teeth porous and the color from broccolli and from wine is absorbed into the teeth...
I've always wanted to see if any home kits work. I've always thought that only dentists and dental hygienists can whiten teeth. Can anyone tell me if one or both works?
The one I have works... smile pro. Everyone tells me I have super white teeth. But I rarely drink coffee, I don’t smoke or drink red wine either

Thanks for that info as I drink a lot of coffee don't smoke or drink wine and I always brush my teeth what are well maintained and have now realised it takes a bit of maintance to get and keep a Hollywood smile.
