I think Ukraine is a great example of teamwork. Everyone working together to achieve the (almost) impossible. Self sacrifice, depravation, fear, seemingly insurmountable odds are accepted as a necessary price for sovereignty. There is some very inspirational leadership which is also keeping the team focused on the goal. Go team Ukraine!!!
 
My Idea of a good leader and team work is as follow's

All for 1 and 1 for all
we are all equal and should chip in
as for the Leader of the pack
Don't ask people to do what your not prepared to do your self.
it makes you an arsehole
We are a Team​
