Supplements to increase libido?

What are natural supplements/methods you have used and can say has worked to increase libido? Something, other than Viagra, which doesn't require subscription

Does Horny Goat Weed or Tribulus work? How about any other vitamins?
 
It definatelly works for me, happy2 :D

Although....my libido is always high...but I guess cash injections ensure access ;)
 
For men Ginseng assists the body to produce more nitric acid This is something Viagra does

Ginkgo Biloba is effective for women as it increases blood flow throughout the body, particularly the extremities, while increasing metabolism and energy.
 
Horny goat weed has become hugely popular as a natural treatment for erectile dysfunction as it contains a compound (called Icariin) which acts in a very similar way to Viagra by blocking an enzyme (PDE5) which prevents men having an erection.
 
Well what I've found that really increases my libido more than anything, is regular sex and regular exercise. If I have sex once per month or more likely once per six months, I might as well just give up and become a cuddle freak, but twice a day and a 5k run every morning and hotel rooms end up hitting me up for a damage surcharge :P Sex twice a day is kinda expensive so..... cuddles anyone :rolleyes:

Dallas , you are right in saying that exercise is a key element in increasing your libido & sex drive!

( BUT I know for a fact it does NOT affect LANA's libido!)

People are always promoting oysters as aphrodisiacs ...
I use it for an excuse when on a date to get to eat a few oysters just because I LOVE them!

Exercise does it for me, either jogging or manual labour. Especially completing some project around the house. Success is usually a good aphrodisiac.

Keep notes on what you eat, paying attention to how you feel afterwards. Everyone is different, but there are common foods like pasta or red meat that can leave you feeling lethargic and "gluggy" while you digest.

Invest in a 75c exercise book and keep a record of how you feel after meals. There's lots of general advice out there, but you need to listen to your body. And don't rely on memory, the brain can be a fickle thing and lies to us all the time.

Completely agree with this, if you fix your diet you will solve a lot of ailments in your body. Everyone is different but personally I find a Low Carb-High Fat and absolutely No "sugar" diet works wonders all round.
 
It increases Testosterone and some times it works TOO well! :arghh:

Does it really mean when I am horny with no WLs in the region I should find a easy chair open a 6 pack and maybe defrost a Pizza instead?

Yes! That's exactly what it means! If your too horny drink more beer, w/l's can testify to this that it's helped so many overly horny guys from over performing or Just drink a slab before visiting your special lady and she'll be thrilled! or sit back at the farm and do a keg in your own and you'll totally be cured!...one way or another :P
