Some good advice above. While most of us know cialis works well, Sludgie’s advice is best. If you don’t look after your health ur Willy is basically stuffed! Get out and exercise every day. If u smoke, drink heavily, eat crap food, don’t exercise, can’t see it coz of your waist line it’s a case of out of sight, out of action.
