1. Cayenne + oil infusion​

• Mix cayenne pepper with olive oil or coconut oil
• Let it sit for a few days (or warm it gently)
• Strain and massage into the scalp

2. Cayenne + castor oil paste

• A pinch of cayenne
• A spoon of castor oil
• Massage lightly into the scalp
• Leave for 10–20 minutes

3. Cayenne + apple cider vinegar rinse​

• A tiny pinch of cayenne
• Diluted ACV
• Pour over scalp, rinse out

Anything that brings blood circulation into your scalp will help.
