It`s been one of those crazy weeks where I`ve been in the mood to kill the boss at least half a dozen times, felt like screaming my lungs out at the car driver that was travelling too close behind me, wake up to the morning only to find out there`s no milk for the coffee...
I`m sure we have all had times like this.
Some may say a quick trip to your favourite w/l will help make you fell better but what if you are the w/l??
What do you do to let off steam when the whole world seems to be making you crazy??

get horribly drunk, long intense workout at the gym, fine Cuban cigar or just relax and watch a movie/TV usually does it for me.
 
never underestimate the power of a good sweaty workout (and I don't mean sex) on the treadmill, in the pool, a vigourous walk (not wank!) or a run. gets rid of the aggravation and boosts the endorphins and natural serotonin levels.
 
A punch bag can be very therapeutic but make sure you wear bag mitts and have someone teach you proper technique first. No sense in adding to the aggro with skinned knuckles and a sprained wrist.
 
a long run....really pushing myself and sweating through two T-shirts.......wow.......feel like a new person after it......
