Ban all overseas travel and do not allow cruise ships to dock on Australian shores. Manus Island, Christmas Island and Nauru are good places to send them. We Australians do not want spoilt rich cruise ship passengers to stay in 5 star hotels and complain about not getting the food they want. Send them to Nauru, Manus Island or Christmas Island.

We need armed guards on the docks and with orders to use any force to stop any incoming unauthorised ships daring to dock on our shores. Shooting planes down if required if they fail to comply with orders of no plane will land on our shores. Our country must be protected from the foreign invaders bringing in diseases and breaching quarantine laws. We must send the clear message you are not welcome on our shores.

I have a better plan send them to a Maximum Security prison instead. Since we have all these hotel rooms free, house the homeless in them, I mean the genuine homeless and those that are drug free, and without extensive criminal records. I am serious.

300 people quarantined and you don't expect a few to complain on feacebook?
the story is about 10 days old anyway.
i don't understand why they can't find some way to have food delivered if they want to pay for it.
they can't really let anybody out of their room after the 2003 hong kong hotel incident with SARS.
one superspreader stayed one night and infected the hallway and lift lobby on level 9.
so suck it up princesses

Days after going on a date with a man who had a “dry cough”, Amie Morris was struck down with a sore throat, fever, headaches and lost her sense of taste and smell.

The Sydney’s mum-of-two’s symptoms were consistent with COVID-19, and by the end of the week she became one of NSW’s confirmed cases.
Ms Morris told 7 News her two children were staying with their dad at the time, but she needed to stay in her room to isolate away from her parents who were visiting her from overseas.

She has since called on everyone to stay home to avoid infecting others.
