In simple terms for those <<biology non-expert>>, as we know (as women) depending on our anatomical an patho-physiological dispositions plus the degree of sexual arousal we experience, women can expel various kinds of fluids during sexual arousal and at orgasm; their origins, quantity, composition and expulsion mechanisms depend on all the conditionals I have mentioned above. These are natural sexual responses but sometimes may also represent symptoms of urinary incontinence, unfortunately...
What I am saying is that ejaculation orgasm can manifests as either a female ejaculation of a tiny quantity of whitish secretions from the female prostate OR a squirting of a larger amount of diluted and changed urine... Both phenomena may occur at the same time, in most cases.... But as I mentioned before; Squirting is mainly urine and for some experts is a topic of concern towards urine incontinence....

Nutrients? I think you are confusing Urine with Blood. Basic biology: Blood carries Nutrients (and other stuff) and Urine carries waste. Urine out, Blood in. Too hard?
