I’m a big believer in eating right to perform well between the sheets. Fitness should need no justification, right? After asking some of the nutritionists and fitness freaks in my network, here’s a rough list of your safest bets for fitness and libido in bed!

I) Chocolate

II) Seafood such as crabs, shrimp and lobster

III) Red meat (I know but once a while doesn’t hurt!)

IV) Fruits such as pine nuts, avocados, figs, bananas

I agree but when it comes to some actions in Bed i prefer some Booze to get my mood:D
