Social media has changed how we connect and share, but I think it does more harm than good.
First, social media shows only the best parts of people’s lives. This can make others feel bad, anxious, or less confident, especially young people who compare themselves a lot.
Second, social media spreads false information very quickly. This causes confusion and problems, like affecting elections and health.
Third, social media can be addictive. People spend too much time on it, which can hurt real friendships and productivity.
Even though social media helps us stay in touch and learn new things, I believe its negative effects on mental health, truth, and real relationships are bigger. So, overall, social media does more harm than good.
