Most places or wl's include mutual oral for FS. Dfk is sometimes optional or included in a girlfriend experience service. Well that's been my lengthy experience anyway.
 
If you can hide your penis inside a woman below her shoulders that's full service if she uses her hand to relive you that's not simple as.....

From my limited perspective, it's best not to be everything for everyone. Find your professional boundaries and stay within that.
 
Agreed! Particularly when you’re talking about kink, BDSM, Dom etc. Your boundaries are important for your health, safety and comfort.
