For me Personally No.....

Sex creates a literal chemical reaction. When orgasm is reached our bodies produce dopamine. It makes us feel "physically" good for a short time.
Mentally, that really depends on so many factors. Way to many variables.

It depends on the type of relationship you had and what you're looking for, if its purely sex then yes... myself, my partner just left me over a shit argument and sleeping with another girl didn't help. I guess for me its more mental, knowing that the relationship would have been better if the communication between the two of us was better ( she was Thai), I'm a playful person and sometimes I would say things that she would completely misunderstand and she would make it bigger than it should be... anyhow there are things that she did (non-sexual) that I really liked and miss.. so yup.. sleeping with someone else does not always work
