Skincare routine and products

so I’ve noticed with the change of weather my skin has been getting dry, and wearing makeup all the time does not help the situation.
So I’ve added a micro-exfoliant to my routine and it has made such a difference.
The dry patches are disappearing and my skin is brighter and smoother.
I’m such a big fan of the dermalogica range.

So I was just wondering what skincare routine or products everyone else uses?
Tell me your secrets.
