Should service delivery limits due to period be declared prior to accepting payment for extras?

I think so, has happened a number of times, want to do what is normally accepted - even with that lady previously - now cant do because they have their period. I feel like this is taking money under false pretences. The turn off is not the period, that natural, the turnoff is the money grab
 
Had this experience twice and was told almost immediately after the flip of restricted options and the reason why. I had no issues with that. But I do not go to an AMP with the expectation of FS, so perhaps that is the reason why.

No one should promise a service, take money for it, and then decline to provide it. Apart from anything else, it's a sure way to make sure you don't get return clients.
But I'm a bit curious about the use of the word 'extras' in the heading to this post. Extras are often offered half-way through a standard service (like a massage). Just because a woman has offered FS or DATY as an extra in the past, doesn't mean she will today. So if you pay for the standard service expecting to be offered those as an extra (say because you read on this forum that they are available), I think it might be a slightly different story if it turns out only limited extras are offered to you: but again that should be made clear before the extra money changes hands.

Fair point, I guess the title is a bit misleading, what I meant was the higher levels, anything beyond clothed HR, which in my mind includes some level of touching.

Also a good point, neither do I have that expectation, but to pay $100 and then get "no touch - I have period" is something that I would expect to know before aI pay. Then I would have gone the $50 option, in fact thats all that should be offered.

Can I clarify something? If I was giving a massage and asked if someone wanted extras and I said $50 for HR or $75 for nude HR, and Mr X agreed, and then tried to touch me between the legs and I asked him not to, saying my period had started, that would be OK wouldn't it? (To me nude and fingering are not the same thing.)

Yes, nothing better than honesty, I think its perfectly ok to say what your limits are, and that they can change depending on circumstances, in this case I would expect the lady say that she is keeping knickers on and no intimate touching. The problem here is that nothing is said until after the money is handed over, and then all the limits come into play
 
Both times it occurred for me the lady was very up front about it as extras were being discussed. Topless was on the list but nought below the waist.

The first girl had very poor English. But Google Translate did what it was advertised to do.

I would have not been impressed if the openness and honesty was not there.

I'm truly sorry for being so thick, Jimmy, but I'm still not quite getting it. Surely SOMETHING must have been said before you handed over the $100, there must have been SOME description of what you were getting for the money. If it was something vague and misleading like "if you want more than straight HR I do a special massage with lots of extras for $100' then I can see that you would be annoyed if the "lots of extras" were limited to her getting her boobs out. I guess it all depends on exactly what she said. You are right that what she said should have effectively communicated to you what you were getting. But then communication is a two-way thing: e.g. you have probably been really clear here but I am too thick to understand exactly what you mean. And that can work both ways sometimes.

Nope, you're probably spot on, 2 way comms is important, but when Johnny is up and about its a bit difficult to have a conversation about exactly whats on offer (and if there are any impediments to to the delivery of said offer) without Johnny losing his enthusiasm. I guess thats why its called a punt.
