Short time hotels in Perth?

Long story short, seing a trans girl and due to situations at both our homes we can’t get down and dirty & car/beach can be messy.

Anyone know of “short time” hotels where we can book say 4hrs only so we don’t have to pay the entire day rate?

And if can not find any, some of the own sites of hotels may also advertise for day use, without necessarily being on a day use site.
Had day use stay at QT, and I know the Adina did offer a day rate at one stage, but not stayed there.
