I thought seeing as today I turned a young 40, what may lay ahead for me physically. I found information on:

What to Expect . . .
in Your 50s

You may notice subtle (unwanted) changes, especially in your metabolism and skin. But you'll hopefully experience improvements too, such as fewer allergies, better sex and a more positive outlook on life.

in Your 60s

Being 60-something isn't as old as it used to be. And staying mentally and physically active can help keep you both fit and young at heart. (By the way, an older heart really can pump as well as a youthful one.)


What to Expect . . .
in Your 70s and Beyond

Sure, much about aging isn't great. (Example: Your nose and ears really do grow larger the older you get.) But there are great things too. Today's septuagenarians are having a lot more sex than any 70-plus generation before.

Bugger all that sex by the decades to come stuff. I couldn't even have sex yesterday!

I can tell you this and its a fact. When you are 50 you will think 40 is really young.
 
Well I am 50 and I have had sex every other day since turning 50 Though I should add this is only my second day as a 50yr old so that ratio may just decrease a little

Well I can say that as a 50 year old that I have way more stamina than I ever have, I'm just a lot more negatively affected by things like stress or not feeling well so my recommendation is stay as healthy as you can and practice regularly :)

Happy Birthday for yesterday, I knew it was this week. At least when you get to 40 you get to celebrate for the whole week. By the way the sex gets better, if you keep fit and healthy it always gets better, if you slip and let your health and fitness go you start to lose the urges in your 50"s.

The problem I had at 40 was I wanted it more and my wife wanted it less.

I see all these complaints about FIFO I only joined that brigade recently
F*** I'm Five Ohh But it seems less daunting than turning 40 was and the Urges are not dimmed
Only the chance to sate those urges are far less common

Sex gets better everyday babe there is no age where it is different. With age comes knowledge and experience. There is no more fumbling. But Vivien, what if the guy you're with is also your age? Both of you would then have that knowledge and experience. Both of you wouldn't fumble, both of you will "brink" each other. It'd cancel each other out - no?
 
I know plenty of women with my attitude and libido, just look for the mature ladies with the cheeky smiles and that sparkle in their eye, that would be my advice :)

What can I say about my 40ies............ I enjoy sex far more than before (lol remember how old I already was when I started in the industry),
I am the 3 Fs: fitter faster fantastic..............and far more balanced.
So do I enjoy my 40ies??????? Oh yeah big time.

HI Beautiful. I very belated birthday wish, but i know your family would have made it special for you. mmmwhaaaa. See that's what happens when u reach the big 50 you lose track of time but least (touch wood) I haven't lost my sex drive yet, don't plan to either.
I had wonderful years of 40's. Did things I would never ever thought I would do and I carried out my fantasies. So you enjoy your 40's babe. Go hard xxx
